Lake CX302 Performance Road Cycling Shoes

Built for performance, the Lake CX302 Road Cycling Shoes combine a stiff carbon fibre sole with a supportive microfibre and mesh upper. The shoes use Lake's patented double sole system, pairing a more flexible inner with a more rigid outer, resulting in more room for the feet to expand and a reduction in the chance of hot spots developing, without compromising on power transfer. A Carbitex Medial Support panel in the upper makes the shoes feel more secure, and perforations in the microfibre create good airflow. 

A CX/TX Race last makes the toe box narrower and the heel slightly tighter than in the Competition last. It's ideal for higher cadences and riders putting out lots of power, ensuring no watts are lost through the pedal stroke. Dual side-mounted BOAs allow you to dial in a good fit and make easy mid-ride micro-adjustments.  

The sole is compatible with three bolt cleats so these shoes are perfect for riders using LOOK and SPD-SL pedal systems.  

Sizing note: 

Lake shoes run small. We recommend sizing up — most customers find they need one full size larger than their usual EU size. If you're between sizes, always go up. This applies to both the standard and wide fit versions.
