Rapha's Storm Cuff gives a refined fit with your winter gloves and a comfortable fit with any base layer. 

It's a cycling jacket designed to pair with a winter base layer or worn over a jersey, making it easier to tailor warmth to your liking. Knitted fleece across the upper back, the side panels and the underarm gussets allow for easy movement on and off the bike. And for longer days on the bike three rear pockets give you plenty of storage while a zipped pocket keeps valuables safe.
